Lead Time

AttachmentsPlus is committed to maintaining an inventory of high-demand products to respond to customer needs quickly and efficiently. In-stock items ship within 1 week.

Special Orders

Custom-built items require 2-6 weeks lead time on delivery.

Payment Terms

Net 30 days with approved credit application.

Freight

FOB AttachementsPlus Warehouse except as agreed in writing.

Claims

Parts lost or damaged in transit are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Acceptance of shipment by any freight carrier constitutes delivery to the buyer.

Returns

Stock items may be returned at customer's expense, for credit or replacement, only after written authorization from AttachementsPlus. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed n the credit or replacement. Return quantities and prices are at the sole discretion of AttachementsPlus. NOTE: Custom-build items are not returnable.

Warranty Commitment

AttachementsPlus warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from delivery of such products to the buyer. In no event shall AttachmentsPlus be liable for any special, contingent or consequential damages, nor for machine work, labor charges, transportation charges, taxes, or other expenses incurred on its products.
