We stand behind the quality of every attachment we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization if your item qualifies.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). We recommend using a trackable freight or parcel service for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item and need an exchange, please reach out to our support team. We'll help ensure the correct product gets to you as efficiently as possible. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built or special-order attachments
- Items showing signs of use or modification
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
